Job Description

  • Work with line managers to review recruitment needs, identify optimal solutions to staffing and optimize the cost of the staffing pipeline
  • Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job-posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc....
  • Prepare job descriptions as per requirements of the vacancy, ensure internal and external parity while hiring as per company guidelines (guidance from Central acquisition team).
  • Relationship Management with all stakeholders and leadership team.
  • Share recruitment dashboards for quick decision-making.
  • Manage the strategy of teacher recruitment projects nationally
  • Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
  • Interface with marketing team for all newspaper ads and online ads.
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to line managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.
  • Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems (TA MIS) and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
